Job Overview
We are looking for caring, patient, and dependable individuals to work one-on-one with children in their homes. You'll be helping children build life skills, gain confidence, and achieve small milestones that make a big difference. No prior experience is required- we'll provide all the training you need to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first month.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with children in their homes to teach skills like communication, play, and daily routines.
- Follow simple, step-by-step plans (created by a supervisor) to help kids meet their goals.
- Play and interact with children while encouraging positive behavior and progress.
- Keep notes on activities and small successes to share with your supervisor and the child's family.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families while providing support and encouragement.
What We Offer
