What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Care Associate/Recreation Specialist position at Horizon Adult Health Care?
Horizon has over 25 years’ experience providing care in Kentucky and is the largest provider of adult day health care services in the state. Under the supervision of the Adult Day Health Care Director, the Health Care Associate/Recreational Coordinator will plan and implement an activities and recreation program with participants. This will involve scheduling trips and day to day activities within the center. The successful applicant will also assist with client personal care and meal serviced as needed. We are looking for a positive person who communicates effectively and has a big personality to bring joy into the lives of our clients.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
