Position Summary
The Developmental Disability / Intellectual Disability Case Manager serves as a support coordinator, ensuring that services to individuals with developmental disabilities and intellectual disabilities are planned, individualized, and person-centered. The Case Manager provides services that may include assistance to individuals and their family members in accessing needed services that are responsive to the individual’s needs.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited college / university in an applicable human services field (psychology, social work, counseling, or related field)
- A minimum of one (1) year of directly related work experience providing case management services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- May consider an equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
