What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Night Supervisor position at Horizon Behavioral Health?
Hours : Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location : Lynchburg, VA
POSITION SUMMARY
The Residential Night Supervisor assists the Residential Manager in supervising a licensed ICF-IID program for individuals with intellectual disabilities, ensuring compliance with state licensure, ICF regulations, CSB requirements, and Life Safety Code. The Residential Night Manager typically works night shift and will travel to multiple locations during their shift.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma / GED; bachelor's degree in human service field preferred.
- Three (3) years working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
