Our Property Managers are critical to the overall operations of our properties. This position will support Clark Square Terrace and Becher Terrace apartments in Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for an individual who is bilingual in Spanish to help support the wonderful residents at these two properties. We offer a strong PTO program (9 holidays and 17 other PTO hours as start). Leasing and Marketing :
Management
Maintenance : Oversee Maintenance for property
Makes recommendations for physical repairs, replacements and / or improvements
Resident Issues and Customer Service :
Requirements :
Education : Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Experience : Prior property management experience required, preferable in a leadership role.
Compensation details : 17-25 Hourly Wage
