Location: 233 Bond Street Elyria, Ohio 44035
Afternoon Tutor- Tutoring experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Education, and a teaching license are required for this position. You will work on math and reading concepts with small groups of our school-age children. Prepare and implement lessons and maintain required documentation. Part-Time afternoon position. Part-Time afternoon position between the hours of 3pm until 6pm, up to 12 hours maximum. Pay is $30.00 per hour.

School Age Lead Teacher- Experience in an after-school setting preferred. An associate degree or higher also preferred, may consider well qualified applicants with a high school diploma who are willing to work toward a School Age Lead Teacher Endorsement. You will provide homework assistance, plan lessons and maintain documentation to provide an educational, safe, emotionally supportive environment for the children. Hours TBD, Monday through Friday. Parent communication is key!
Pay Rate Range: $14.00 to $17.00/hr. Placement in this range is dependent on professional development levels for education and training. School Age Teacher Assistant that Drives- Experience in an after school setting required and willing to work toward a School Age Endorsement or degree in Education or a related field. You will work with the lead teacher to provide an educational, safe, emotionally supportive environment for the children. Hours are flexible and could be 12pm to 6pm Monday through Friday.

This person will be required to be a driver for the school age program. Professional driving experience preferred but willing to train the right person. Must be willing and able to drive a 14-passenger mini school bus and a 6-passenger minivan. No CDL is required. Must be 21 years of age to drive Horizon vehicles. You will be trained to safely transport children to and from local schools and field trips in the summer.
Driver incentive pays $3.00 per hour on top of base pay!
