Preschool Lead Teacher- Experience in a preschool childcare classroom is required. We prefer well-qualified applicants who have or are working toward a Child Development Associate (CDA) or a degree in Education or a related field. Willing to accept those with more than 3 years of preschool childcare classroom experience and no degree. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am-6pm.
You will create lesson plans and maintain documentation to provide an educational, safe, emotionally supportive environment for the children. Parent communication is key!
Pay Rate Range: $14.00 to $17.00/hr. Placement in this range is dependent on professional development levels for education and training. Additional incentives may be available for special duty assignment(s). All staff must receive a professional development level in the OCCRRA Professional Development Registry.
