Administrator Support Coordinator
Salary Range: $39,000-$43,000 based on educational degree
Location: Administration office: North Olmsted and Horizon Afterschool locations in Cuyahoga County and Lorain County
Responsibilities:

Coordination and execution of out of school time programming within the school-based site when the Site Coordinator and Second in Command are absent. This includes:
- Maintaining safety and security of children, staff, and families
- Completing incident reports for issues and reports these incidents to the Site Coordinator as soon as possible
- Manages program schedule and activities
- Completes attendance review and tasks for CACFP or the Cleveland Food Bank
- Contacts parents if a child is absent or has behavioral issues
- Supervises staff
- Assisting with transportation (if applicable to that site)
- Opens and closes the program
- Covers at school-based sites when Lead Teachers are absent. This includes morning and afternoon programming.
- Chaperons and assists with transportation for field trips when necessary
- Attends and participates in monthly SAC, Team 21, and Summer Planning Meetings
- Attends and participates in other meetings and trainings required by the District Executive of School Age Programs
- Works closely with the rest of the Ed Services Team to collect, enter, and track data
- Works closely with the District Executive of School Age Programs, Ed Services Coordinator for School-Based Programs, and Site Coordinators to plan and implement summer programming
- Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with Horizon administrators and program staff
- All other duties as needed/assigned
This is a generalist position and will require travel within service area, ability to collect and enter data, ability to work independently and as a team member, be a self- starter, and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Information:
- General hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday (may include AM hours for morning programs when covering)
- Must pass health screenings, satisfactorily complete state and federal background/fingerprint checks
- Salaried, full-time position
Qualifications:
- Experience in childcare settings, afterschool settings, and/or administration. Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Education or related field preferred. Knowledge of 21st CCLC also helpful.
