THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR RESIDENTIAL ENERGY INSPECTOR
THE SCHEDULE:
While working in this full-time auditing role, you work on small-scale residential projects from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday. With each project lasting one day, you typically work four jobs each week.
YOUR ROLE:
You kick off your day as a Residential Energy Inspector by leading a skilled crew through a comprehensive energy audit! Diving right in, you pinpoint areas like insulation, duct sealing, and lighting upgrades that can transform energy efficiency. You confidently assign tasks to your team, ensuring everyone's on the same page and quality is never compromised. Throughout the auditing project, you expertly manage the schedule and keep the homeowner in the loop, making sure they feel informed and reassured every step of the way. From start to finish, you make sure the job is smooth, efficient, and leaves the home performing at its best!
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- BPI trained
- Valid driver's license
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience managing a crew onsite during projects
- Hands-on construction project management experience
- Skilled in customer interaction and communicating project scope
