Horizon Family Medicine is looking for full-time Patient Scheduling Representatives. We are an independent family practice, with three locations throughout Johnston County, dedicated to serving your family’s health needs. Established in 1980, our goal always has been to provide comprehensive, compassionate healthcare for your entire family. Our experienced and caring staff is committed to meeting your family’s medical needs, including regular preventive care and management of acute and chronic medical needs. Our practice is an excellent choice for your family’s healthcare wherever you live in the Johnston County area. Duties may include but not limited to: Answering patient calls. Scheduling patient appointments. Collecting payments. Updating customer account information, as needed; and escalating calls when a manager or higher level representative is needed. Must have high school diploma or GED. Applicants should have 1 years of related experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
