Are you looking for the opportunity to help the association continuously improve our processes and support departments in achieving organizational goals?
Horizon Farm Credit is actively seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to join our growing Process Improvement Group. One position available, qualified candidate may work in any available Horizon Farm Credit branch location. To view locations, click here Locations | Horizon Farm Credit. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. Candidate may work 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
Overview : In this position, you will collaborate with executive leaders, process owners, project management, and technology teams to identify and discuss key business areas and processes that require improvement. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient workflows and procedures and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful process change.
Areas of responsibility include :
Identifying Areas for Improvement
- Identify areas within the Association or department's processes that can be improved.
- Examine existing processes to improve productivity and efficiencies.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and analyze data to gain insights for process improvements.
- Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gather, and define scope and objectives.

Salary Range : $85,000 - $125,000, Depending on previous experience.
