Job Role:
The Regional Vice President of Ag Lending will be responsible for collaborating with the regional credit officer as a credit resource to assist with maintaining credit quality and credit administration standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an advocate and liaison between staff and senior leadership.
- Develop and oversee association initiatives.
- Ensure a competent, motivated staff through training, counseling, supervision, and review of activity and results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, Agriculture or equivalent experience.
- Advanced management skills with 8-10 years of agriculture-related credit work experience, including five years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of computer software applications, credit, and accounting policies and procedures.
