Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is seeking a Commercial Relationship Specialist to provide primary support for complex transactions within the ACA. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate documentation of various loan types, including large complex credits and participations. The position is open in any of our four offices located in Milton, Marianna, Tallahassee, and Monticello.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all loans are documented and managed in accordance with loan approvals, policies, guaranteed loan requirements, servicing plans, annual reviews, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Act in close partnership with lenders responsible for complex, high net worth, and sensitive clients, as well as third parties, providing detailed support.
- Assist lenders in nurturing and guarding assigned portfolios to promote trust, loyalty, and retention.
- Anticipate needs and act proactively.
- Serve as the "skinner" in a hunter-skinner partnership with seasoned lenders. Once a lender brings a prospect/member to a new loan decision, the Commercial Relationship Specialist is expected to move quickly, paying attention to details and facts to ensure a successful, smooth, and timely closing.
- Understand and apply Farm Credit regulations, policies, procedures, and products to recognize opportunities and/or problems, handling them or escalating to management as needed.
- Energized by variety, and able to work quickly and accurately with composure.
- Extremely well-organized.
- Service-oriented, friendly, and warm.
- Skilled in managing conflict and navigating conversations with internal and external customers using tact and diplomacy.
- Radiates a professional image in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, finance, agricultural economics, or a related corporate field is a plus.
- Five to ten years of paralegal, title company, or loan-related administrative experience preferred.
- Provide outstanding, prompt, and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Salary range: $55,300 – $68,000.
- Up to 9% employer contribution to your 401K.
