The Regional Vice President of Ag Lending will be responsible for managing credit risk within the region. This includes analyzing market trends and developing effective credit policies. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement credit risk management strategies
* Lead a team to achieve individual and team goals
* Collaborate with regional credit officers as a credit resource
* Analyze market trends and develop effective credit policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, Agriculture or equivalent experience
* Advanced management skills with 8-10 years of agriculture-related credit work experience, including five years of supervisory experience
* Knowledge of computer software applications, credit, and accounting policies and procedures
* Previous Farm Credit experience preferred
