Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide coaching and leadership to Association FCE Relationship Managers to build a strong dealer network. Inspire and coach staff by communicating clear expectations and maintaining a high standard of accountability.
- Foster and grow relationships with dealer customers across the District by conducting joint calls with Association FCE Relationship Managers.
- Accountable for program growth goals. Oversee all dealer agreements, ensuring accurate and timely reviews of new and existing dealerships. Facilitate obtaining new dealer agreements when necessary.
- Recommend new product offerings for the program, addressing credit risk and identifying growth opportunities. Create new product sheets and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the agricultural equipment industry.
- Provide an annual analysis of both credit risk and industry trends for inclusion in the FCE Business Plan and for both internal and external presentations.
- Serve as back-up to the FCE Program Director for establishing weekly program rates.
- Ensure compliance with association policies and procedures as they relate to the Business Services function.
- Promote cross-departmental integration and cross-selling strategies to promote responsible loan growth for our program partners.
Education
- Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance.
Experience
- Generally, a minimum of 5 years of previous experience in a sales or lending environment, previous supervisory experience is preferred.
Preferences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively navigate sensitive conversations.
- Knowledge of financial databases, spreadsheet applications, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal relations, organization, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a willingness to be collaborative and the ability to develop and work well in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision and proven self-starter.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as required, including meeting with customers, prospects, and referral generators.
- Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment.

Salary range: $95,000 - $115,000 depending on experience.
