The Regional Vice President of Ag Lending will lead a dynamic team to drive growth and success in the agricultural lending sector. This includes directing business development, negotiating, and loan servicing within the region. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate and assume performance accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct business development and loan servicing within the region
* Lead a team to achieve individual and team goals
* Collaborate with regional credit officers as a credit resource
* Inspire and coach staff by communicating clear expectations and maintaining a high standard of accountability
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, Agriculture or equivalent experience
* Advanced management skills with 8-10 years of agriculture-related credit work experience, including five years of supervisory experience
* Knowledge of computer software applications, credit, and accounting policies and procedures
* Previous Farm Credit experience preferred
