- Lead strategic initiatives & oversee operations to drive growth, enhance profitability & achieve Horizon's goals in Chinese market;
- Implement data-driven strategies / quantitative methodologies for statistical risk analysis;
- Utilize statistical data analysis to evaluate data and client information, forecast clients’ requirements, and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- Assist management in business development efforts, including negotiating terms & establishment of partnerships to expand Horizon’s presence in China;
- Evaluate projects & allocate resources efficiently to ensure successful execution / streamline processes / mitigate risks & surpass performance targets;
- Leverage expertise in management to develop / foster a collaborative work environment;

Req. : Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field. Sound knowledge of strategic business planning / finance & operations management; In-depth understanding of financial advisory industry / global wealth management practices; Skilled in risk assessment, market trend analysis & utilizing statistical / quantitative analysis for management purposes; Excellent communication skills & adept in marketing / human resources / information management; Advanced proficiency in Excel / MS Word / PowerPoint.
