Installation Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Installation Manager to join our project team. This critical role involves overseeing the daily operations of telecom, TSS, and light construction project installations. Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with the Project Engineer, the Site Installation Manager will lead a team of technicians and other site personnel, ensuring that installation activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Location : Extended OCONUS travel to project sites

Security Clearance : Active Top Secret Clearance Required

Ideal Skills, Certifications, and Experience :

• Education : Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field; or equivalent technical vocational training.
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or installation management, preferably within the telecommunications, security systems, or construction industries.
• Certifications :
• BICSI certification (e.g., RCDD – Registered Communications Distribution Designer or Technician credential) preferred.
• OSHA certification or other safety management certification preferred.
• Technical certifications relevant to telecom, TSS, or construction.
• Knowledge : Strong understanding of technical and construction project management processes.
• Skills :
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
