We can't wait to see what you'll create with us.We are counting on you to : Research, translate and present graphical trends and color inspiration to fuel our creative processDesign full-color box items for a diverse array of beloved in-house brands such as STMT, Just My Style, Made by Me, and Slimygloop, as well as popular licensed and character brands including Hello Kitty, Barbie, Squishmallows, Star Wars, Play-Doh, MGA, and BBC Earth.Prepare compelling design concept submissions for internal and external partnersCreate detailed tech / development files for our factories to ensure accurate production execution with effective overseas communication to bring designs to lifeCollaborate with our Global Teams and external partners on artwork approvals to ensure high-quality standards.Create packaging mock-ups to visualize and refine our concepts, and prepare them for various sales meetingsKeep computer files well-organized on personal drives as well as shared servers to streamline our workflowParticipate in the design of trade shows and create unique assets for Horizon's exhibition spaceCapture high-quality photos suitable for use on product packaging, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and enhance consumer appealBring your fresh ideas to the table and create eye-catching visuals that appeal to kids and families alike!!What We're Looking For : Creative spirit with a knack for designing playful and engaging packagingPositive attitude and team playerPassion for the crafting, toy industry, arts and the kids categoryProactive and self-motivated with excellent organizational skillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign an added bonus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)College degree in a related fieldExperience in license design is a plusExperience developing a product line with overseas factories a plusStrong Adobe Illustrator skills with a robust portfolio of work to be presented during the interview process.Openness to completing a test project prior to finalizing the job offer.Willingness to use AI tools to generate unique inspiration and expedite design processesWhy Join Us : Be part of a company that values creativity, innovation, and fun!Opportunities to grow and develop professionally in a supportive team environmentWork on projects that inspire and bring joy to children and families worldwideIf you're ready to bring your creativity to the next level and make a difference in the world of crafting and toys, we'd love to hear from you!
