Qualifications
The Practice Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership and management of all clinical and non-clinical team members to ensure quality customer service delivery within all operational aspects of the practice(s) in support of Horizon Health and Wellness’ strategies, goals, and culture. The position is responsible for the management of all day-to-day operations of front and back-office procedures, including, but not limited to, scheduling, data collection, payment collections, billing, document scanning, vaccine and medication management, patient referrals, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years medical office management experience.
- Knowledge and experience working with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office Software.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations as it relates to Health Care.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends on an emergency basis.
- Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in the field.
- Must obtain and maintain a fingerprint card and pass a background check.

Qualifications Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of The Joint Commission (TJC) policies.
