What are the responsibilities and job description for the DSP (Direct Support Professional) PT position at Horizon Health, Inc?
Come grow with us! The Direct Support Professional will work as part of the United Friends Team to provide direct support services to the individuals in the home. The services may include: assisting the individuals with personal cares and hygiene, medication and health maintenance, maintaining a clean and safe living environment, meal preparation, support and implantation of goals, medical management and supervising, training and assisting individuals in all aspects of their lives. The DSP will ensure that each individual is encouraged to function at his/her optimum level of independence and personal satisfaction. The DSP will complete the designated duties and responsibilities listed in the job, description, as well as any other program duties requested by the supervisor.

Part-time - 34 hours per pay period (two weeks)
Wednesdays and Fridays 3:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Every-other Tuesday 9:00 pm - 9:00 pm
