Horizon Health Administration in Howard, SD is seeking a full-time Risk and Compliance Manager. The Risk and Compliance Manager oversees and integrates risk management, compliance, and quality assurance programs across the organization. This role is critical to developing, implementing, and maintaining systems that ensure compliance with regulatory standards while promoting continuous quality improvement. The position requires collaboration across departments, effective communication, and a proactive approach to risk assessment and mitigation. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain compliance programs that meet federal requirements such as Section 330 of the Public Health Services Act and the Health Center Program Compliance Manual.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive risk management program aligned with organizational needs and regulatory standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual Quality Assurance plans, including
audits and performance reviews.
