Social Worker (PRN) – Behavioral Health – Psychiatry
Responsibilities:
Horizon Health seeks a PRN Social Worker to work on the inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit at North Baldwin Infirmary in Bay Minette, AL.
Responsibilities include assessments, unit management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family treatment. Participates in referral development processes and activities as requested.

Requirements:
A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or similar field. Must have a valid state license in Social Work as required by the state in which the Social Worker will be providing services; or able to get licensed. Must be an LMSW.
