Horizon has a brand new opening for a highly organized,meticulously detail-oriented administrative professional to take on a very visible role.
Thismulti-tasking dynamoprovides all administrative/clerical support to the Executive Assistant, COO, Directorof Development,and other executive staff. Schedules meetings, maintains files, processes mail, and generates reports andmeeting minutes.Provides backup coveragefor the receptionist and performs other tasks as assigned.

This is a part-time (20 hrs/wk) positionbased at our Milwaukee headquarters. The desirable morning schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-12:00pm (possibly flexible). Excellent compensation and benefits package, including health & dental insurance!

- Associate degree or above
- 2 years experience in administrative / Executive Assistant.
- Must be computer proficient (particularly Microsoft Office applications) and able to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Current/Valid WI Drivers License; plus reliable/insured vehicle
