Job Summary:
As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and scaling a high-performing sales team. You will develop sales strategies, oversee client acquisition efforts, and ensure revenue targets are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and the ability to cultivate relationships with commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in commercial markets.
- Identify key industries and market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives.
- Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a high-energy sales culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial sectors such as real estate, retail, hospitality, and municipal organizations.
- Support sales representatives in closing high-value deals and securing long-term contracts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends and client needs.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends.
- Provide detailed reports to senior leadership on sales performance and growth opportunities.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Provide feedback on product offerings and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Leadership & Communication Skills:
- Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with both sales teams and business leaders.
Sales Expertise:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales management, preferably in lighting, construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Experience in consultative selling and managing long sales cycles.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop actionable strategies, and drive business growth.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
