We are seeking an Assistant Director of Finance for a breathtaking resort in Central Wisconsin. This role is the #2 in overseeing the entire finance/accounting department for a large resort property with multiple revenue streams. A seasoned hospitality finance professional is the ideal fit, as this position will assist in reporting to ownership and the management company, serving to help guide the financial health and direction of the property.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $115,000 plus 7% bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, 401k w/company match and more!
Assistant Director of Finance Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 3 years as Controller, ADOF, Assistant Controller similar role
- Experience at a high-volume (20 mil) hotel or resort strongly preferred
- High-level ability in strategic planning, budgeting, analysis
- Experience managing financials for hospitality, golf, HOA, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skill as a department/team leader
