We are seeking an experienced hotel professional to fill the position of Assistant General Manager and assist the GM with the daily operations of a limited-service branded hotel in Bentonville, AR . You will focus on the front desk operations and supervise all other department managers to ensure an efficient and profitable operation. This position is with a Hotel Management company with properties in 4 states and a successful AGM can expect growth opportunities.
Compensation : $55,000-$60,000 12% quarterly bonus potential comprehensive benefits package
Assistant General Manager Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Guest Services Manager
- 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager is preferred
- Experience in other limited-service hotel departments is preferred
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands-on style of leadership
- Team development skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
