We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant General Manager for a restaurant in Jersey City, NJ. You will assist the General Manager with all the operational duties of running the restaurant. This position is slated to backfill the GM position when they retire in a couple of years. Growth opportunities exist for the right person as the company considers opening additional locations. A restaurant manager with bar management experience in a high-capacity venue would be an ideal candidate for this position.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- Restaurant and Bar Management experience
- Energetic and Hospitality-Minded personality
- Experience with and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Reliability and ability to work nights and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing teams
- Expertise in supervising staff and filling in where needed
