A well-respected Hotel Ownership group is seeking an Area Director of Sales to oversee a couple of high-end properties in Philadelphia. These locations offer a wide range of amenities, including a restaurant, lounge, pool, and fitness center. Our ideal candidate will excel at nurturing existing client relationships while providing exceptional mentorship to develop high-performing sales teams.
Compensation Package: $100,000 - $130,000 bonus/commission, comprehensive health plans, 401k match, and more!
Requirements:
- 5 years of sales experience
- DOS experience is a plus
- Strong community involvement
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Enjoys business development
- Hilton brand experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
