We’re seeking a dynamic, bilingual General Manager to lead a high-performing, multi-brand hotel complex in Orlando. This role oversees daily operations, financial performance, team development, and guest satisfaction across four upscale Hilton and Marriott properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a visible leader across all properties
- Drive revenue, ADR, and occupancy strategy
- Oversee labor planning, forecasting, and expense control
- Elevate guest experience and F&B offerings
- Develop team culture through mentorship and communication
What You Bring:
- 5 years of GM experience (multi-property preferred)
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Strong financial, sales, and operational leadership
- Hilton/Marriott experience highly preferred
