COMPENSATION : Base Salary of $150,000 - $160,000 plus comprehensive benefits, PTO, retirement, relocation assistance, potential for sign-on bonus and more!
Director of Nursing Skills and Experience :
- Bachelors in Nursing and Licensed RN (or ability to be licensed) in FL
- Nursing Leadership in a Skilled Nursing facility of 100 beds
- 10 years Nursing Experience with 5 years Nursing Leadership
- Exceptional communication skills
- High-level team leadership ability
- CMS of 4-5 Stars with a facility offering LTC, Rehab and Memory Care
