We are seeking an Director or Nursing for a high-end senior living facility in Sarasota, FL. This role is a great opportunity to lead, empower, and inspire care teams while achieving and maintaining high standards. This position provides an experienced leader the opportunity to move into a managerial role and be impactful in providing residents with the best care possible.
Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 comprehensive health benefits, 401k, life insurance, PTO, relocation assistance, and much more!
Position Requirements:
- RN or LPN required
- Strong knowledge of current FL state regulations
- Experience with senior living communities, memory care, hospice or geriatrics a plus
- Strong regulatory compliance
