COMPENSATION: $80,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience), full benefits, 401k, PTO, future advancement potential!
Chef Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience as Executive Sous Chef or Executive in a fine dining or elevated cuisine environment
- Culinary degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage/oversee a high-demand kitchen/culinary operation
- Polished image and communications style
- Strong working chef skill set and hands-on cooking style
