What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc?
A branded property in the Fairfield County, CT is looking to bring on a polished and energetic General Manager to the team. This premiere hospitality company has been rapidly expanding with now more than 20 hotels in its portfolio and is positioned for even more growth! This role will oversee operations across the hotel and will be tasked with training and developing the staff and leadership team while delivering a remarkable guest experience.
This is a great opportunity for seasoned GM as well as a strong AGM ready to take on the next step!
Compensation : $110,000 - $115,000 base, 25% bonus program, health / dental insurance, 401k with company match, PTO, sick pay, and much more!
Skills / Qualifications :
- 5 years of hotel management experience
- Branded property experience (Hilton, Marriott, or IHG preferred)
- General Manager experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience and capability in the areas of budget development, fiscal management, strategic planning, staff management
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to commute to or relocate to the Fairfield County area
