Compensation Package: $150,000-$180,000 (commensurate with experience) Bonus, Health, Dental & Vision plans, 401k match, a great PTO plan and more!

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in hotel management leadership roles
- Hilton brand experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
