We are seeking a dynamic Hotel General Manager for a branded hotel in Omaha, NE . A polished hospitality leader will find a beautiful property fostered by a team of dedicated hoteliers with an expanding portfolio.
Base Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 (Commensurate with experience) Quarterly and Annual Bonus Program, potential earnings of up to 16% of base salary, Comprehensive benefits package, 401k w / company match, PTO, and more!
Responsibilities :
- Overall Marriott Brand Champion of the Hotel who sets the tone for guest services
- Manage all department leaders
- Act as liaison between ownership and hotel to drive performance, from top-line revenue to controlling costs
- Responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the hotel
