- The Vice President of Sales & Marketing is responsible for driving top line sales, managing brand awareness, developing strategic promotional plans, and preparing marketing campaigns to attract business.
- This position will guide and assist the property sales teams, review sales budgets, research the current industry trends to identify business opportunities and share resources effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team.
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Report on team and individual performance.
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
