We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Director for a growing organization near Elizabeth, NJ. This group offers all levels of care and works with some of the top Medical Providers in the area. They are compassionate about their approach utilizing evidence-based methods to treat the patient as a whole and not just the symptoms. If you are looking to grow in your career then this is the opportunity for you.
Compensation : $95,000 - $110,000 (negotiable) comprehensive health benefits, bonuses, 401k company match, STD / LTD, Life insurance, Portal for CEUs, and Education Reimbursement!
Schedule : Full-Time Monday - Friday
Requirements and Experience :
- LPC or LCSW for the state of NJ
- CCS, ACS, or QS required (or in the process of attaining)
- Experience with Outpatient treatment regarding Mental Health, Substance Use, or Addiction Treatment
- Ability to conduct initial assessments of patient problems and needs
- Provide case management and documentation for patient medical records
- Previous experience with Evidence-Based treatments, CBT, DBT, etc, preferred
