A world-class corporate brand and event marketing company is seeking a new Event Registration Manager for one of the top clients in Jersey City, NJ. The event tech team works closely with clients from strategy to program completion. Whether a board meeting for 10, an incentive program for 500, or a global meeting for 5,000, this Event Technology Manager will be an integral part of the company, creating extraordinary experiences that drive real business results. You will be responsible for meeting and event program registration solutions. You will provide support to drive growth and profitability by increasing customers' experience by smoothly executing the conference plan; this is achieved primarily through technical conference setup and enhancing technical marketing materials management.
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience) bonus, comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401k with 3% company match, PTO and Paid Holidays, an incredible company culture, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and project management of event registration websites, app builds, and all technological aspects of our events
- Keep up to date on all emerging technologies, popular culture, and trends
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent project management
- Manage client evaluation communications such as save-the-dates, invitations, registration, confirmations, etc.
- Work with event Project Managers/Coordinators on overall program logistics, production, and implementation
- Manage on-site registration process and event technology vendors
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with online registration administration (For example Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite, or RainFocus) required
- Cvent Flex experience required
- Ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally, and multi-task with meticulous organizational abilities
- Experience with virtual meeting and event platforms
- Related experience with event and registration technology including meeting planning and coordination
- Computer Skills:
- Power-user in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced mail merge experience
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript is a plus
