We are seeking a District Manager for a Southern California restaurant group, based in San Diego. This company has expanded steadily and is poised for increased growth in the coming years. This role will oversee all day-to-day operations for their full portfolio of Quick-service restaurants and will be a key voice in the company's future. COMPENSATION: $80,000 - $95,000 base salary with a lucrative bonus plan (up to 25%), PTO, full medical benefits, relocation assistance, and more!
Director Of Restaurant Operations Skills/Experience:
- Multi-unit Leadership of Quick-service restaurant concepts
- 7-10 Years of leadership experience is required.
- Hands-on leader, active in the field, building and driving culture and performance.
- Experience with deploying and developing systems and striving for continued improvement.
- Well-versed in financial reporting and identifying both success and areas of opportunity.
- Previous hiring experience required
