A prominent community management company is seeking a dynamic Community Manager for one of its newest properties in the Queen Creek / Gilbert area. In this role, you will guide your team of industry professionals to ensure operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of service and integrity.
Compensation : $80,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience) bonus program, equity, comprehensive health / dental / vision, 401k, STD / LTD, and more!
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in onsite community management (HOA) or a related field, demonstrating expertise in managing community operations.
- Robust operational knowledge with a strong understanding of community financial management, including budgeting and compliance.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and conflict resolution skills to effectively guide teams and resolve challenges.
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing community association operations, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree, CAM license, CMCA, or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
