We are seeking a General Manager to lead a high-end vacation rental and property management business, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial planning, guest services, reservations, owner relations, and team management. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong hospitality experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences.
Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 performance-based incentives, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and more!
Position Requirements:
- Leadership experience in vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality
- Strong skills in staff training, operations management, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
