Maintenance Technician needed immediately – willing to train the right candidate!

We are currently hiring a full time Community Hero (aka Maintenance Technician)
The primary responsibilities for this role will be :
- Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)
- Landscaping
- Plowing and Salting in winter months
- Repair of Water / Sewer lines when needed
- Repair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as needed
- Assist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes)
- Troubleshoot problem areas
- Respond immediately to any emergency calls
- Other related duties as assigned
