What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Manager position at Horizon North?
Horizon North is a 12 bed AFC home with a dedicated and long lasting staff that are dedicated to the care of our clients. The home manager must provide that same dedication to our clients and staff. A team leader/player is a must. Responsibilities must include the following:
*Knowledge of Licensing Rules and Requirements and able to complete all rquired forms and documentions
*Maintain all consumers files and keep them updated
*Attention to detail in paperwork and documentation
*Ability to supervise and communicate with staff
*Ability to have good communication skills when working with CMH, physicians, guardians and families
*Ability to manage schedules for staff, clients and appointments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,517.07 - $52,407.65 per year
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
