We are currently looking to hire an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing!
The ideal candidate will be able to quickly adapt to new environments and teams, has a passion for brand building, has the persistence to bring new ideas to reality, and is able to influence across the organization.
The Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing builds and oversees the planning and execution of marketing plans to deliver business and marketing objectives, with oversight from the Integrated Marketing Director. As part of a passionate and dynamic team, he/she/they will strengthen the brand’s digital presence and support end-to-end brand and product campaigns. This individual must have knowledge of multiple digital/social marketing tactics across multiple communication channels and must have a passion for social media, content, social culture, and the consumer. The Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing reports to the Director, Integrated Marketing.
This is a hybrid position with an expectation of 3 days per week onsite in Broomfield, CO.
Responsibilities in this role will include:
Integrated Marketing
- Leads a variety of agency partners to develop Integrated Marketing plans and creative tactics/executions that deliver marketing objectives. Connects the dots across integrated marketing channels to ensure they create a cohesive brand marketing plan.
- Takes an ecosystem-wide approach to campaign content, partnering across agencies and the full marketing team to maintain consistency and drive synergies whenever possible.
- Oversees the development and execution of digital plans and creative tactics/executions that strengthen the brand’s digital presence and engages with consumers (social, influencers, website, email, search).
- Sets the goals and KPIs across marketing tactics and per campaign initiative. Leads regular reporting and optimization based on results.
- Stays up-to-date on digital marketing trends, constantly mining for opportunities to drive engagement and growth across relevant channels, including opportunities for real-time participation in culture and conversation.
- Deepens understanding of channels and tactics across the marketing landscape beyond digital – media, partnerships, PR, design, activation, shopper, eComm, consumer promotions, etc.
Brand Building Steward
- Leads agency relations across digital platforms with coaching from Integrated Marketing Director.
- Connects across the full marketing team, building relationships to foster trust and transparency.
- Consults in the development of annual plans, briefs, production, creative reviews, and social media plans.
- Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of the Horizon and Wallaby businesses. Partners across the organization to leverage sales performance insights to strategize and drive cross-channel marketing support.
- Supports Comms team in issues/crisis management as they arise.
The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
- B.A. or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years in Digital / Integrated Marketing– on either agency or client-side
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and consumer-centric marketing frameworks preferred
- Experience creating content and analyzing/reporting-out results, leading paid and organic social strategy, leading influencer partnerships, website and email marketing strategy
- Ability to proactively and collaboratively work with others
- Strong written and verbal communications skills. Creative writing is a plus.
- Experience working with internal and/or external teams to produce video and photography assets. Design experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to deal with changes and pressure.
- Ability to complete assigned projects simultaneously with direction from one or more team members
- Strong ability to manage department budgets and strong understanding of Finance/Accounting process (i.e. Month end close, accruals)
- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Excellent knowledge of social platforms, more known platforms and up and coming social platforms
- A strong creative eye for aesthetics and branding
- Friendly disposition and positive attitude
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
