What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campground Night Security position at Horizon Outdoor Hospitality?
Campground Night Security will help lead the resort to the highest standards possible by working with the General Manager and Management Company to ensure resort operations are maintained outside of office hours by assisting guests, checking in late arriving guests, delivering wood and ice, responding to non-emergency telephone calls and texts from guests, resolving light maintenance issues, and patrolling the property to maintain a presence after hours. Through these efforts, Campground Night Security will help our resort to be recognized as one of the brightest, cleanest, friendliest, and most profitable RV resorts in our region.
Campground Night Security will work with direct supervision of the General Manager, as applicable.
Requirements
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A knack for providing excellent customer service with every interaction.
- Passion for hospitality and the great outdoors.
- Comfort working in the late evening/overnight hours with weekends and holidays mandatory.
- Ability to calmly and professionally assess a situation and make the best decision.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests at any given time.
- Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, squat, and reach.
- Ability to work independently and get it done.
