They are responsible for delivering and installing durable medical equipment (DME) for hospice care while demonstrating compassion and understanding. Additionally, Horizon Oxygen enrolls and pays for Patient Service Technicians to receive their Home Medical Device Retailer (HMDR) Exemptee License.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and co-workers.
· Deliver, pick-up, and set- up DME
· Educate patients, family members, nurses, etc. on proper use of DME
· Utilize company delivery software
· Assist with troubleshooting equipment
· Maintain a clean vehicle and complete appropriate maintenance/safety records
· Assume on-call responsibilities in accordance with company policy
· Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Must have 5 years of driving experience
· Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
· Physically able to lift and move medical equipment up to 60 lbs.
· Flexibility of schedule (including overtime and weekends)
· Punctual and reliable
· We maintain a drug free workplace
Pay is determined based off experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
