Property Inspector - Service Tech

Horizon Point Inspections is a top home inspection company providing comprehensive inspection services and handyman solutions under ALL ABOVE Services, DBA. We proudly serve the Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, and Dayton, Ohio areas. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, reliable, and professional home inspections and ancillary services to our clients. We are seeking an Entry-Level Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is designed to support our home inspectors by performing ancillary services and assisting during home inspections. It serves as a stepping stone for career growth, offering opportunities to advance into a Home Inspector or Handyman/Radon Technician role as positions become available.

$18 - $25 hourly

Perform ancillary services, including:

• Sewer scopes
• Radon drop-offs and pick-ups
• Mold testing
• Termite inspections
• Assist home inspectors during property inspections, learning the industry and gaining hands-on experience
• Maintain and operate testing equipment to ensure accurate results
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Follow company procedures and industry regulations to ensure compliance and safety

• Comfortable walking on roofs and climbing in confined spaces, such as attics or crawl spaces
• Must have solid customer service skills and communication abilities, verbally and in written form
• Able to travel by car and possess a current U.S. driver’s license
• Well-acquainted with basic computer programs and email applications

• Prior experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
