- Knowledge of Safety/OSHA guidelines
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to get to and from job sites and/or the shop is required
- Must be able to climb a ladder; position requires lifting of 50lbs or more
- Must be reliable and enjoy working outdoors in a variety of climates and NOT have a fear of heights
