Position Overview:
- Assist in the installation and repair of roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofs.
- Safely operate and maintain roofing tools and equipment.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
